1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Member", "you", "your") and 3kbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of all services provided through the 3kbd website located at https://3kbd.io and any associated pages, subdomains, or applications operated by 3kbd.

3kbd operates as an online entertainment platform providing sports betting, live casino, slot games, and related services exclusively to adults aged 21 and above who are accessing the platform from Bangladesh. The platform processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and supports payment methods including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay.

These Terms are effective from 1 January 2026. They supersede all prior versions of the 3kbd Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform following any published amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with the 3kbd Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 3kbd.

2. Eligibility

Access to 3kbd services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. 3kbd enforces a strict 21+ age policy. Underage gambling is prohibited without exception. 3kbd reserves the right to request proof of age at any stage and to suspend any account where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily.
• You must be accessing the platform from within Bangladesh. 3kbd is designed and operated for the Bangladeshi market and does not warrant that its services are appropriate or available in any other jurisdiction.

3. Account Registration

To access 3kbd services, you must register a member account. The registration process requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and preferred payment method details. One Account Policy: Each individual is permitted to hold only one active 3kbd account. Creating duplicate accounts — whether to circumvent a restriction, claim a bonus multiple times, or for any other purpose — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 3kbd will close all associated accounts and may forfeit any balances held therein.

Account Security: You are responsible for choosing a strong, unique password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username or password with any other person. Until such notification is received, 3kbd will treat all activity under your account as authorised by you.

Identity Verification (KYC): 3kbd operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. This process exists to protect members and to prevent fraud and money laundering. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in withdrawal requests being held pending the provision of satisfactory documentation.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on 3kbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 3kbd does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. No currency conversion fee is applied on the 3kbd side; however, your payment provider may apply its own fees independently.

Accepted Payment Methods: 3kbd currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Additional payment methods may be introduced or withdrawn at 3kbd's discretion with notice provided on the platform.

Deposit Terms:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit unless one is set by the member under the responsible gaming tools.
• Deposits are credited to your 3kbd account in real time upon confirmation from the payment provider.
• 3kbd does not charge a fee for deposits. Any fee applied by the payment provider (e.g., bKash merchant charges) is the responsibility of the member.
• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in the same name as the 3kbd member account. Third-party deposits are not accepted.

Withdrawal Terms:

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being complete.
• Where a bonus has been received, the applicable wagering requirement must be met before the bonus-related funds may be withdrawn.
• 3kbd targets processing of withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Actual receipt of funds depends on the payment provider's processing time.
• 3kbd reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests above ৳50,000 or where unusual account activity has been flagged.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the member's name will not be processed.

5. Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and wagers placed on 3kbd are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or casino game. The following general rules apply across all product types:

• Finality of Bets: Once a bet is confirmed by the platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the member. Confirmation is defined as the point at which the bet appears in your account's bet history.
• Odds and Market Availability: 3kbd reserves the right to suspend, remove, or alter any market or odds at any time without prior notice, including in-play markets where event circumstances change rapidly.
• Void Bets: Bets may be voided where an event is cancelled, abandoned, or where the outcome cannot be officially determined. Voided bets are returned to the member's account balance in full.
• Casino Games: All casino games available on 3kbd use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems supplied by the game provider. 3kbd does not alter game outcomes. Return to Player (RTP) percentages are set by the game provider and are stated within each game's information panel.
• Errors and Malfunctions: In the event of a technical error, platform malfunction, or incorrectly stated odds, 3kbd reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to members. 6. Bonuses and Promotional Offers

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered members only, subject to any eligibility conditions stated in the promotion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 3kbd platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of any balance, and may be referred to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one account, whether under your own name or a fictitious identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age or accessing it on behalf of an underage individual.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any manipulation of sporting events on which you hold a 3kbd bet.

• Exploiting software errors, loopholes, or platform vulnerabilities to gain credits, circumvent game mechanics, or obtain any other advantage not sanctioned by 3kbd.
• Colluding with other members in live casino games to gain an unfair advantage against the house or other players.
• Laundering money or using 3kbd for any transaction related to the proceeds of crime. All suspicious transactions are subject to reporting obligations.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 3kbd staff or other members via any communication channel.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the 3kbd platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, data, and all other materials — is the property of 3kbd or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 3kbd platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include any right to:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any platform content without prior written consent from 3kbd.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on the platform or its content.
• Use the 3kbd brand name, logo, or any associated trademarks in any commercial context without written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the platform.

Any unauthorised use of 3kbd intellectual property will result in immediate termination of your licence to use the platform and may give rise to legal action.

9. Responsible Gaming

3kbd is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools that are available to all members at no cost and without requiring a support request:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps can be set from within your account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a minimum 24-hour cooling-off period.
